Types of Tadka 🌶
Dal, curry, vegetable or raita, everyone's taste remains incomplete. Tadka not only enhances the taste of food, but also benefits the health due to its qualities. Tadka is applied with different spices. Some special types of Tadka -
1. Hing, sabut red pepper and cumin tadka are applied in lentils.
2. Desi Ghee, Methidana, Kadhi leaf and Hing Tadka are applied in Kadhi.
3. By applying cumin and celery in okra, the okra becomes good.
4. Applying fenugreek, curry leaf and hing tadka in pumpkin vegetable tastes good.
5. Mixing kasuri fenugreek in any vegetable at the time of dawn, it smells good.
6. Always put the hing in the hot sun, so that the hing will not burn and the hing smell good.
7. Applying curry leaf, sabut coriander and desi ghee tadka in any vegetable of curd tastes good.
